熱可塑性硫化彈性體(TPV)

VP-6006/VP-7000(TPV)此產品橡膠含量高,由橡膠完全交聯分散於PP中,因此可具有最佳耐熱性,當交聯橡膠的含量越多,其耐熱性越好,同時彈性越好,硬度和觸感柔軟,可使質地柔軟的皮革兼具耐熱耐候性能.

主要取代國內外TPV市場和Santoprene RC8001，流動分散性比RC-8001好,可100%像Santoprene使用也可與PP共混依不同添加量塑化後使用,能針對不同客戶需求調整,此規格不需特別乾燥加工,可直接使用,TPV市場客戶重視Compression set,成型的表面品質,density,加工成型性,是否發黏,VP-6006經研發在實驗室測試結果都可達成要求,且未來如有需求可調整配方配合客戶。

案例:台灣TPE Compound廠取代RC-8001與HPP和Filler共混後測試結果在母粒色澤、手感、分散流動性都達到客戶要求，例：已有TPE Compound客戶100%使用取代santoprene 8211等等。

VP-6006 contains high content of fully cross-linked rubber. Heritage excellent heat resistance, weathering, flexibility and soft hand feeling. Hence a good next best alternative to Celanese Santoprene RC8001, with same good compressing set, surface texture and plastic processing.

VP-6006 can either be compounded with majority of polymers for cost saving, or be used without any additives for higher quality products, so that to meet various customer needs.

Unlike Santoprene RC8001 and other TPVs, Dehydration/ Pre-dry process is not required for VP-6006. Equal and better performance proven by lab reports available upon request.
